Did you know there was maintenance going on with out your knowledge? I hope not, it’s not a coil update but and something I did. I tried to do it sneaky so hope no one noticed 😉

WELL ITS ALL COMPLETED

While I’ve had a coil subscription for many months just to support XRP and some creators, it’s been 1 month today since I posted my first Coil Article, 720 hours, 43200 minutes, 2592000 seconds. The last number will be my XRP to USD balance one day, I hope 🙏🏼. The first month, well it was incredible. I’ve learned a lot and still have SO far to go, never stop learning. Keep learning, keep growing. I’ve met lots of new people that I would call friends, read more than I ever thought I would in my life. Also written more, Than I ever thought I would!

As I typed that first article, my blood was pumping adrenaline fueled madness to my finger tips. But as I typed on my IPhone, my gleefully typing fingers turned to fear. Yes, I typed it in fear. In fear no one would want to hear my rambles. In fear I’d make a mistake or error in grammar. In fear I’d be ridiculed by others, social media, lets face it is more often then not a vicious place, I typed in fear of what? In fear, well, that I’d fail. I was fighting a mind full of voices just like Gollum in Lord of the rings. My worst fears was all I could render in my mind.

But I stepped out from my comfort zone, from behind my computer and put a face to XRPGORD. Not just a bald Avatar in support of Michael B, I was a bald Avatar spewing his life, thoughts and ramblings into a blog. Also in support of Michael B , So I hit send... and waited, waited and waited it felt like a year went by, and then all the overwhelming love and support from seasoned veterans of Coil it was incredible. I’m not going to lie, I was really shocked and taken back by everyone’s eagerness to help. I want to do a special mention to Patty and Michael. With everything going on in their life right now, I can ask a question and both are so pleased to help and lend advice. They are a power couple 💪🏻 . Truly Everyone in the Coil community has been great, helpful and awesome! So thank you to you all for all the help and support. They were open arms and welcoming me to Coil.

Before I get on and tell you about my maintenance or construction as I call it, a couple of my blogs that I liked this month. One a description about how I feel about blogging which has givin me a therapeutic outlet , the other is my favourite one ... have a look if you haven’t already and then on yo the big reveal !

1- An article about how coil and writing makes me feel called A MAN POSSESSED , it has made me feel alive and My blood pumping.

2- My favourite article has been yes I stttttttttuter MOTHERF@CKER , it was a hard article to write. Only had 11 upvotes but Being so open about my stuttering but it felt good and I really enjoyed writing it, so it’s my Fav of the month. I didn’t Say yours, I said mine .

What’s new? You will see, and it’s only for subscribers

So how I came upon this repair, fix, what ever you want to call it .... I’ve been addicted and reading a lot of Coil blogs. Interested in people’s beginnings I’d scroll all the way to a bloggers first blog read it and I’d want to read there second blog. But as soon as I click out of the blog I go right to the top of there page again. Then I’d have to scroll through to the bottom and read there second blog. It shouldn’t frustrate me but, it was. Sometimes I’d loose my place in blogs like if it was a 4 part blog, I would have to search through all there blogs to find the corresponding 4 blogs 😡 All this scrolling, back and forth, back and forth had me thinking of a fix. A repair of sorts.

So since my life is always being under construction, I am a carpenter after all. I decided to do some construction 🚧 It was to my little section of coil, my blogs. I’ve been slowly doing maintenance or construction for about a week and some of you might have noticed, if you did thank you for not saying anything ❤️ This self inflicted Coil upgrade, as I call it, allows subscribers to jump to a previous blog or next blog of mine. Also a few blogs have a few parts to them so you can jump to the next blog in that series, seamlessly and effortlessly with out being bumped , pushed and shoved to the top of my page . The big reveal ! Check it out👇🏻

Pretty simple, Located at the end of everyone of my blogs in the subscriber section, I’ve added these “buttons” to help you navigate my blogs. Seems like such a minor thing but, it’s about the little things I’m I right?
