Investing in digital assets , just started blogging about me , my life , ups and downs ... LIFE......

Well this new blog series will be 300 words or less per post, a short rant or venting from yours truly. It will pop up every now and again in my blogs. Maybe as an added extra to a post I already did that day or just a rant about something that really chaps my ass, pisses me off or

Most days I’m pretty mild mannered and easy going, a gentle giant one could say but, somethings really drive me crazy and get my blood boiling... so let’s dive into this new chapter with two feet, so a two rants for one post is fitting.

URINAL ETIQUETTE

#1-Guys who come right up beside you at the urinal? I see this all to often, guy walks in and has his choice of these glorious urinals. I’m off in the corner minding my business, there are 6 empty stalls and this guy has to come up right beside me? Right freaking beside me??? Like what the hell man, leave one stall space at least. It’s a must. What possesses some one to skip all the empty stalls and come to pee right beside someone ?

#2- the guy, bad enough uses the stall right beside me, now he wants to have small talk?? Asking about the weather or what I’m buying at Home Depot? Little does this guy know I don’t like talking to anyone let alone some guy at a urinal in homedepot ?!? You do not, I repeat DO NOT talk to people at the urinal.

ALSO Why do guys fart when they pee ? There up there snuggling, farting and talking!!? Get me outta here.

No eye contact, no snuggling and NO TALKING

Life is so busy, you need to find time for the things you enjoy. I’m trying to learn this, but I’m a slow learner, I guess. It was always a struggle to find time to do the things I love and now even more with my mistress, COIL. Lee’s ok with my mistress, well kind of 🤣 I really enjoy writing, that still seems weird for me to say ??

SO LEE & EVERYONE SAYS MAKE TIME FOR IT BUT, I THINK OF IT MORE LIKE STEALING, NOT FINDING

I HAVE TO STEAL TIME

I KNOW If you don’t find time for your hobbies or for things just for you, things that make you happy then you can lose yourself pretty quick. I need to find time to write, but when? This current job is a time killer, 14-16 hrs a day!

But I do find time to do the things that make me happy? Or do I? I love my immediate family and try to make time for them, some times I’m just to tired and fall asleep on the couch. I say I’m old and tired which seems to be getting truer by the day. My sister and nephews I love so much but it seems I have no time for them either, so they get a little piece of time that I have left. LIFE, it moves fast and soon will be over. Where can I find time? There’s none to be found ? So time to start stealing ...

I NEED TO START LIVING MY WAY THROUGH LIFE, NOT WORKING MY WAY THOUGH LIFE.

So easy solution I just have to make time, ok so here it goes, I have 8 hours a day to spare after work. I could spend 2 hours writing a day, 2 hours with the family and 4 hrs sleeping and 16 hours working. Humm something doesn’t seem right and is way out of proportion ?? Can you see it ??

Oh yes I do now !! Too much work, so I found the place I’m going to STEAL time from, it’s from work. 16 hours a day X 5 days a week is 320 hours in the next month of work AND THERES ONLY 720 hours including weekends. Who the hell agreed to this work schedule??

I DID BECAUSE I LOVE MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY, IM A PEOPLE PLEASER TO MY CORE

So work is where I’m going to steal time, the job will go on if I’m not there. Everything will go fine if I’m not there, right? My mind answers me back “Of course it will don’t worry.” But the devil on my shoulder says “your fucked” to start I think I’m taking every Friday off , 3 day weekend and we will see how things progress from there. It’s not a solution, but more of a bandaid.

I am so blessed to have a wonderful family and Lee as my Queen, I always preach FAMILY FIRST, well truth be told I’ve always been more of a work first kind of guy. It’s still a struggle for me. Normally I’m pretty good I drive the kids to school and pick them up every day so I leave work at 230. But now I have all the time in the world so I keep working, I miss those days DAMN COVID ! But it’s not covid-19 fault, it’s mine I need to chang it

When you do what people want just to make them happy, someone loses and it’s always you .

Well I thought about doing a Father’s Day post, I thought long and hard.... that’s what she said🤣. All kidding aside, what would I write? Yes we know that he was kind of a big asshole. Not compassionate or caring at all. But you know, it wasn’t all bad. So in my normal fashion, let’s look at some positives.

My dad loved my hockey as much as I did, he allowed me to take hockey schools every summer, sometimes even 3. He drove me to all my 5 am practices and came to all my games. He was even a coach a few times, even though he could not skate very well. He was also a manger on a few of my teams. Always drove me to all the WHL tryouts and training camps. When I was going to play for the Victoria Cougars of the WHL he was going to rent my mom and I an apartment so I could play there because I really wanted my mommy there as I was a huge momma’s boy 😊❤️

He bought me my first car, nothing special but it got me from point A to B. He encouraged me to work and have a job at a convenient store that enabled me to save a little bit and get a truck worth a couple thousand more, which he helped with as well. My dad helped me with my first business, and showed me how to run it. He did my book keeping and taxes for 10 years. Any questions I had he was always there to answer them, even if I didn’t want to hear some of the answers. If I needed a loan for the business he would give it to me interest free from his line of credit.

I remember watching all the home improvement television shows with my dad on Saturday’s and learning how to do things from a young age. I would go to work with him and walk around like I was a big shot too, after we would go for breakfast, just the two of us. Then come home to watch out renovation tv.

In Jr high and High School I would stay home Friday & Saturday Nights while most of my friends were at parties, drinking them selves stupid. My dad, mom and I would watch movies and eat popcorn. Some times play games.

One of my fondest memories as a child is when my dad, mom and I would grab ice cream at Dairy Queen. We would eat the ice cream and drive around for over an hour looking at big fancy houses. We would also go look at show homes on the weekends just to browse and look around. They never bought but just looked.

So it looks like I had some good times with my dad, I guess it’s all perspective and how you choose to look at something. I can see my dad in two lights. 1- the asshole father, 2-a father who was not to bad. Today being it is Father’s Day, I’ll choose number two and remember the good.

Thank you for everything you taught me dad and even some of the things you didn’t mean to teach me. ❤️

Thank you for reading ❤️ Until the next one

I’m doing a job for a very high profile person right now, I wish I could show house pictures or say who it is but I can’t 😕

The man in the header image is Mike Holmes, from the hit television show Holmes on homes. He would have a stoke if he seen this house. Mike repairs faulty contractors work, he’s made a show and career out of it. A terrible contractor is not an easy fix, Having to repair other contractors work is anything but cheap. The Renovation of this lake house was originally hired out to another contractor. To put it lightly, he royally screwed the job up. Different trims in the house, the mitres on the door and window casing was so bad I think a 5 year old did it. Out of 17 interior doors, 3 would close properly, hell the garage to house door is an interior door not an exterior door 😳 The tile in the shower made my skin crawl. It breaks my heart.

A piece of my heart died inside when I seen the house

So the original contractor was there the last week finishing up the house on the inside. We have already been awarded the contract for the outside of the house. Doors have been taken out and redone, when he seen our guys doing that he said “what the fuck are you doing that for?” I would try to diplomatically say “because you sir, are an idiot” Windows have had to come out and been installed properly. Our guys would go through the house and out on the top deck to get materials ready so we could do our job and the inside contractor would lock the door and trap our guy on the deck.

SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL

Last week we had a fist fight between one of our guys and the old contractor. He didn’t like us tearing down the soffit to repair his mess. As much as our guy was in the right and he was attacked by the other contractor, we had to take him off site to another job. We can’t have that on a site . I swear we could have a reality tv show, it’s been crazy 2 weeks. The view from this job is simply beautiful.

The Siding contractors were supposed to start last week but couldn’t, the homeowner was not happy with us about that. I pushed them to get to site and stressed the urgeancy that they showed up this Wednesday. Wednesday morning and our siding installer came to site , got set up and organized. They brought job trailers and his RV, the job is 2 hours outside of town so staying on site is the best practice. This is a job site not a HOLIDAY, guys forget that being that they are camping. I drive there everyday and drive home, I don’t like out of town work. I leave the house at 5 am and home by 9 at night, very long tiring days. So I get to the job Thursday morning and the landscaper comes to me and says “we have a big problem, the sider got drunk last night and was being a huge asshole”

Well, I snap, the guy WE hired was;

🔹drunk at 6 pm

🔹 calling everyone racial slurs

🔹 calling everyone gay and fags

🔹telling everyone how to do there jobs

🔹had his Rottweiler dogs off leash and running through the Sierra Stone deck that was being installed

🔹hitting on the inside contractors mom, saying and I quote “if your husband wasn’t here I’d take you back to my trailer and bang you”

We are the professional contractors, our guys are always good. I’ve used this sider for years. So now I have to fire the siding guy, where is he though? I look all over and one guys says “oh he ran to the dump he will be back in 45” well at least he’s off site, I think to myself. I begin making my apologies and some phone calls to the home owner to give full disclosure on what has occurred. She was happy I told her and we are still in the good books do to speak...

My phone rings, “MY TRUCKS ON FIRE, MY TRUCKS ON FIRE “ a voice yells on the other end. “Who is this?!” I respond “ it’s Joel, I’m by the dump” he says. Great now the siders truck caught fire ! I jump in my truck and race over there. I pull up to, well, a truck on fire!! Kind of karma don’t you think?

Shortly after I got there the fire dept arrived

KARMA IS A BITCH!!

The siding contractor is fired and won’t be back on our jobs ever. This family wants to use there lake property for the summer and then we are goin in to tear apart all the work the previous contractor did inside and repair it. I feel bad for this family. Why isn’t there more accountability for contractors? There’s so many bad contractors out there? It’s like finding a meddle in a hay stack, I strive to be a needle

⬅️WORDLESS WEDNESDAY #7

❤️ MY FAVOURITE BLOG

It was early August, birds are chirping, everyone was asleep in the city, curled in their beds except me. The hum of my lawn tractor was like music to my ears, the sun was just peeking it’s little brow from behind the commercial building I was cutting grass at. It’s been almost 48 hours till I had a chance to sleep. I’m behind at my grass maintenance, really behind. We have had a little bit of rain, by a little I mean HOLY MOTHER OF GOD WILL IT EVER STOP amount of rain for about a week straight Finally it stoped

I’m just using my weed wacker and it dies, check the gas and everything seems good? I don’t have time for this AT ALL! It’s now 730 am, I load up everything and run to homedepot to buy a new one. As I’m leaving the parking lot I see a man with a sign that says “will work for food” his jeans are ripped, shirt is soiled and his hair is long. About in his late 40’s. I thought about giving this man $20, like most others I pass, but instead

I slow down, open my window and say “hey man , you wanna work” he looks up and grin and joyfully day “oh yes sir” he grabs his bag and jumps in my truck. I introduce my self, he says “nice to meet you Gord, I’m Cam”

We worked till noon and then stopped for lunch, I need some air conditioning or I was going to die. Cam and I decide to eat at Boston Pizza. We walk in and he says “this feels good” , I respond “that’s exactly what I was thinking too man” I said “order anything you want” with everything on the menu Cam ordered a club house with fries and an orange soda. I ordered the same, we ate and left exchanged a little small talk but nothing to serious. He has a wife and kids, just lost his job and no money coming in.

We get to the next property and I let can ride the mower and I did the edging and clean up, he was so excited to do it. His face was beaming as he drove the tractor and I cleaned up, Honestly he was really good too, did an amazing job.

We finish and It was now 630 at night, I was exhausted but had 8 more properties to do, I ask Cam “do you want to keep working?” Cam looks at me and says “sure boss, up to you” I ponder for a minute and say “ok let’s grab a coffee and do one more” Cam nods and gives two thumbs up. We pull up, I cut and Cam trims and cleans. That went really fast I’m thinking to my self. We load up and I’m exhausted it’s now 1130pm, I’ve been up for 60 plus hours. I jump in the truck and Cam says “one more ?” “Well I was planning on sleeping” I said “but ok let’s do one more” It was 3 properties in a row, each property took 6-7 hrs.

We pull up, unload and Cam did the mowing and I weed whacked, I was finished my duties early at about 130 am, Cam still had 3 hours of cutting so I flag him down, he pulls up and stops the John Deere and I ask “do you want to switch places for a bit” Cam looks at me and says “no man I’m good, you go sleep for a bit.” Well I thought for a minute. I don’t know him at all, he’s using my mower and if he got hurt would probably sue me. This could be really bad, this doesn’t sound like a good idea. “Sure man sounds good, are you sure?” I ask one last time. Cam replies “ya man, go sleep” and that’s just what I did

I open my eyes, slowly. I’m not sure where I am, still ½ asleep, I notice The sun is up, like REALLY up, what happened to Cam did he rob me ? .. oh shit Cam! I EXCLAIMED I shoot up form my sleeping position and Cam yells “WHAT, What happened” Cam finished the work and fell asleep in the front seat, my wallet on the dash, keys in the ignition.

We went for breakfast and worked for 16 hrs that coming day, I dropped Cam back where I picked him up from. His wife was there, with their older car and two kids. I asked Cam if he wants to work tomorrow. He replied “ya man, this was fun” as he’s walking to his family I forgot I hadn’t paid him yet. I holler “Cam, I owe you some money come back” he says “pay me tomorrow man” and that’s just what I did. I paid him and paid him well. He was the best employee I ever had.

Well this is a pretty easy answer, you see I was always great at writing. My love for books and reading spawned at an early age. My mom would read to me daily and always encouraged me to write, I picked it up very fast. I would read them and smile. My English teacher would always use my assignments as a lesson to the class. I mean after all, I published my first book when I was 25 ...

Ok I can’t hold it in any longer ...

None of that is true. Well one thing I guess, my English teacher would use my assignments as lessons.... lessons on not what to do ! Also, well yes my mom did encourage me to read and write but I was horrible at it.

So what made me deside to write blogs? I’m not to sure? I really felt an urge to blog. I read all the coil posts from a lot of you and really enjoyed it, I felt better after reading them. So I pondered if I would receive the same benefit from my own writing ?

“ But I can’t write and besides who would want to read my blogs anyway?”

Well let me tell you, I enjoy it right down to my soul. I find it very therapeutic to talk about past life experiences and present day experiences as well. I wrote about my new found blogging passion in A MAN POSSESSED. Still I look back and can’t believe that I’m writing. This passion burns me to my soul, you know what else burns? Boiling hot water ...

It was a blistering hot Friday night and lee was working later, so I fed the kids. ”humm? What should I get? Ahh HA! McDonald’s” I shout inside my mind! I really didn’t want it so I was going to make perogies when I got home. We were going to watch a guys movie that night, war of the worlds, with Tom Cruise. We always try and watch the action guy movies with out the momma, it just ain’t her cup of tea. And Tom Cruise really ain’t her bag, she can’t stand him ! Boys ate and went up stairs for a bit to have a NHL battle on PlayStation. I fill a pot with water, little dash of salt. I turn the gas knob to light, click ..... click .... click ... turn to medium and I wait.

Perfect, the pot is boiling , I place in 6 perogies and pause. “Is six enough” I asked my self? Of course my little devil on my shoulder said “ have more than that, your a big guy, you have worked hard” so I graciously agree and put in 6 more. 12 little perogies boiling in a pot, I love frying them in butter and onions ...

Perogies are done, I go to grab the pot and move it to the sink so I can start the frying process. While I’m moving the pot, the three feet distance to from the stove to the sink, the handle breaks. Boiling hot water, goes all over my toes. Oh my god, I’ve cut a finger off and it didn’t hurt half this much. The pain was excruciating, wow and this was just my toes. Griff heard me scream and swear, comes running down “what happened? You ok ?” He says. I explain what happened and Griff can’t stop laughing, he gets this from his mother. I’m not sure if it’s a nervous laugh or what but they both laugh at the strangest things. I was in the worst pain of my life and he’s laughing ? I sit down and take my sock off ... I’m not sure what’s grosser? My feet or the burn 😂

I go to the hospital to get checked and they were glad I did. Burns I guess can be very bad. They are easily infected and blood poisoning is a big concern. So I had to go back every day for 7 days for IV antibiotics and a dressing change.

They drew a line on my foot to watch the infection and see if it was getting worse. Thankfully it never did.

It took about 17 days to heal to the last picture. I could not believe how much it hurt. I said to the nurse “what do burn victims do ? This was unbearable” she paused and said “oh yes burns are some of the worse pain, normally burns victims are put into a medically induced coma untill pain gets bearable again”

OH I CAN SEE IT !

I guess the moral of the story is, blogging is like cooking perogies. You have the potential to get burned or hurt, but the reward is just so delicious... be careful cooking !

One thing COVID-19 has opened my eyes to is teachers, how much I love teachers. Lee and I homeschooled the boys once before. It was for one year, at the time it was our best option, we quickly learned that this was not for us. I have repressed how much I hated that year. Again everything came flooding back like a tsunami crashing in on the unsuspecting land, wiping out and decimating everything in its path. I have a renewed appreciation for teachers after dealing with this quarantine. I will mention a great teacher I remember from my high school days, my automotive teacher in high school, Mr.Petigrew. He was just an amazing teacher, went above and beyond with his class. Always joking around and made learning fun.

Really, when you think about it little appreciation and thanks goes towards our teachers, support staff and all the T.A.’s. Our kids lives are literally in there hands every day. Our children see the teacher as much as they see their family, in some cases even more. Sure there are good apples and bad apples, as far as teachers go. Mostly good thank god! Both are molding our kids minds, just like in art class they are using molding clay to make something beautiful, our teachers are molding our children into adults, year by year.

This is a big thank you to all the teachers out there♥️

🔹Thanks for spending your own money on projects for your class

🔹 Thanks for going the extra mile with our kids

🔹Thanks for turning our boys and girls into productive men and women

🔹 Thanks for staying after class to help the struggling ones

🔹Thanks for being you ♥️

I’m not a teacher but I have things to teach, can I awaken a Spark in someone else, like Harold did for me? An interest in being a Carpenter? Harold lit my fire now can I pass the torch on to someone else in hopes, that they, when the time comes can pass it on? Can they run with the torch and mold the torch into there own teachable moments in life?

My post yesterday was about Harold a great teacher that I had when I was a carpenter’s apprentice. He was not paid to teach me, he was there to work just like I was. But he taught me daily, Lots of the skills I have I attribute to him.

“Can I be like Harold?”

When I was younger I did it all, very hard for me to pass the reins to some one else. I liked the control part of the project. If anything is wrong or terrible workmanship I knew who to blame, the one and only, yours truly....... ME!!! If I let some one else do the work then what if it needs to be redone? Then I have to do it anyway, costing more time and materials.. so in my head it costs more to let someone’s else do it. Over all I need to work on my teaching... I really hope the boys go back to school in the fall, my wife @MommaLeeLee does 90% of the school work with the boys. God bless her and she is at the end of her rope, she too, realizes she’s not a teacher.

I’m just not a teacher. I really hope I can learn to teach and pass my skills on to another eager apprentice. But as far as homeschooling goes, fuck you Covid

A man called Harold. First off I just gotta say I’ve never learned more from anyone, ever. PERIOD. I have more friends who are in there 60’s than any other age group, not just because I am older now but, I always have. I like older music, older cars , I’m old school as they say. Might be why Harold and I got along so well . Harold, He knew his stuff and was a great teacher. I was 20 years old and a second year apprentice, I had to go work with the new carpenter my company hired. Harold, 62 years old and grew up on a farm all his life. Tough as nails type. He only had one good eye because a riffle exploded while he was hunting deer but, that one eye didn’t miss any details at work, that’s forsure. He taught me so many tips and tricks over the 3 years I worked with him. I still pass these on to this day and other carpenters always say.....

“Oh my god, where did you learn that from”

He was a smart man and also had things you couldn’t teach, experience . Two things that can’t be taught to someone quickly, on the job training and experience. Many people in my years in the construction industry has shown me, you can be book smart and still be completely useless. I wanted to say a thank you to Harold, where ever he is now. Other than countless little job hacks, He also taught me my most important lesson. Work ethic, even when things are against you and it looks impossible. It’s not.

This one job we were doing forming for 16’ high concrete parkade walls. It was gruelling work, the mud from the spring rains was slowing packing on your boots and getting heavier with every step a guy took.

“Come on quit dog fucking!!”

he’d yell at me as he threw another 3/4” sheet of form plywood up like it was a feather. I’m dying, I’m cranky, My arms hurt, back hurts, very whinny and could cry at any moment. I hated my job so much at this point. But I held it in and did it, not well but I did it. Every time I look over, here is Harold running circles around me, who is the one that’s 62 ? Harold looks like the young buck and I look like I’m 62. Harold says “my grandma is faster then you” than it took for my head to think “holy shit, his grandma is alive ??” The clouds open up and it begins to rain. These glorious nimbus clouds that came in so fast and brought the rain, these B-E-A UTIFUL clouds were known as beer clouds. When it rained hard we normally stopped work and went for a few beers AND CALLED IT A DAY. I said “is it time to pack up Harold? It sure is raining hard , I’ll buy the first beer !” Harold smirked at me and said “nope, we have the pumper and concrete at 9 am tomorrow” he proceeds to say “grab your rain coat, we ain’t going anywhere till this is done” what ? Did he just say we gotta be done today ??? Omg ...no no no ........

MOTHER F@CKER !

If you haven’t read that blog of mine, I’d suggest reading it ➡️, yes I Sttttttuter mother f@cker

I could not believe we have to stay and finish, I whined, moaned and bitched. Come on already, it’s slippery, I’m sliding around in the mud, trying to get out, praying to god to save me from this hell I was in. Hours passed and none of that praying saved me, well maybe it did in a different way because to this day if something has to be done, I get it done. Don’t care about how much work it is or many hours it is I GET IT DONE.

This quality is only associated to work, as at home I do not possess this skill. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t get paid to work at home or the fact that I do it all day at work and am exhausted by the time I get home to do my own work ? I’ve had some projects on the go for years 😳 , we also bought a 40 year old home that needed LOTS of work and we are almost done thank god ! Lee is very patient and I’m very grateful everyday for my amazing wife ❤️

I think Harold ingrained in me a work ethic, I always had a high work ethic from playing hockey 6 days a week, practices at all hours and having a job. But Harold was the icing on the cake. The cherry to my double chocolate sundae, the icing on my freshly baked cinnamon buns. He gave me toughness, a toughness to my work ethic.

Many things I am grateful for in this life. I really have no idea where to start. I’m grateful for life lessons others have taught me, I’m grateful for life lessons I’ve taught myself even more. One of the most things I’m grateful for is my dad, he taught me how NOT to be a father. One memory that stands out from others is when I was 12 and It was an outdoor hockey practice. Snow was just starting to twinkle down from the night sky, the boys and I were joking around having fun and playing keep away with the puck at the end of practice. Coming around behind the net, I lost an edge on my skates and crashed into the boards, my team mate who was right behind me fell as well and crashed right in to my left leg.

Something was not right, instantly I felt a burning sensation in my ankle.

“Get up”

my dad yells from the side line you can feel the conviction in his voice, so of course I do. I hobble off the ice in a pain filled blindness that I’ve never felt before. I manage to get my equipment off, packed up and I toss my bag on my shoulder. With tears in my eyes, I made it to the car and put my bag in the trunk. We are driving home and my dad says “your ok, just a twist, I’m not taking you to the hospital so suck it up”

I get inside, undress and pack my bag “maybe it does feel a bit better” I thought to myself as I hobble around. Only thinking this to try and trick my mind into healing my ankle. My dad should yell “QUIT BEING A BABY” I had a few Tylenol, we watched some tv and we’re going to bed. I painfully hop up the stairs to the second floor on one foot. I grab my pillow and blanket to sleep on the floor in my parents room, something I did quite often. Why ? I don’t know, I felt comfort sleeping on the floor in their room. When my dad was out of town I’d jump in my parents bed and fall asleep with my mom, something I really enjoyed. And I think she did too, I did this till I was about 18. Yes a little strange looking back on it, but I look back on those times of reading and watching tv in my moms bed as some of the best. With my mom not living a full life it’s like the universe knew for me to enjoy every moment with her.

The sun rises in the morning and so did the swelling my ankle was HUGE .

My mom said to my dad “I’m taking him for X-rays” my dad looked mad and didn’t want her too, but finally says “ok good idea” we wait at the hospital for 4 hours in the emergency room it was a compound fracture, broken in 2 places. The doctor says to me with astonishment in his voice “I literally have no idea how you slept with all the pain, it must have been excruciating with the bone rubbing together” Well it was, but I slept, as I’ve said before I can sleep anywhere. Well I left with a cast that day and a couple pins. We were 80% finished the season that year and undefeated, that is, untill I broke my ankle. We ended up losing 7 games, I never did make it back that year and we lost in the playoffs. Very sad the team lost but sure made me feel important that we went undefeated till I got hurt 😋

My dad never mentioned anything about that again, never an apology or anything. It’s like her just blocked it out and forgot about it.

IM VERY GRATEFUL FOR MY DAD, HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE A DAD.
